  I made an appointment to view a car, there was no one at reception I went to find someone they found Richard Pratt who I booked the appointment with and he'd double booked he was just about to take a customer out on a test drive I was told he wouldn't be long after 30 minutes I went to find someone first person on the forecourt ignored me and walked away second person told me they were busy and asked me if I wanted to put a deposit down. Why book appointments if you can't keep them, my business will be going elsewhere what a waste of a morning.

  Every visit has been below acceptable standard, from ordering parts to a recent door strap change, where the door inner was clearly not fitted properly. At one visit told to arrange my own body repair with their body shop. Unimpressed.
